        How secure is my personal information?
        Heaven Julie adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

        Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

        What forms of payment do you accept?

        We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

        REFUNDS

        Refunds are not allowed for sizing or buyer's remorse concerns. Each product is made for your specific order (after it is placed) and each has a sizing chart for this reason. We will consider refund requests made to heygirl@heavenjulie.com on a case by case basis, but refunds are rarely granted. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out and we will work with you on any questions/concerns. 
          
        SHIPPING

        Do you ship internationally?

        Right now we are not shipping internationally, but are working hard to partner with services abroad. Check back for more details soon. 

        What shipping carriers do you use?

        We choose USPS, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide. We will select the best carrier for specific regions to make sure your package arrives appropriately.

        How long does it take to ship my order?

        Usually, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, and then 3-5 business days for shipping depending on location. Right now, including due to the recent pandemic, our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase. This is due to delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers, as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

        Are all my items shipped together?

        It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfilment centers, so sometimes your items may come with different packages. We will endeavor to have as few packages and deliveries as possible.
